LuxuryInteriors.ca is a direct-to-consumer online furniture store, serving all of Canada. We do not have a physical showroom furniture store, and all sales are conducted online. By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of our website, including but not limited to customers, browsers, and anyone who accesses or uses our website in any way.
2. Ordering Process
We only process in-stock orders. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone and provide an estimated delivery date or offer a substitute item. Please note that we do not backorder items. If you would like to be notified when an item is back in stock, you may request to be placed on a waitlist, and we will notify you as soon as the item becomes available.
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase, including the item(s) ordered, price, and estimated delivery date. Please review this email carefully and notify us immediately if you notice any errors or discrepancies.
3. Delivery
Smaller items weighing under 50 pounds will be shipped via parcel service. Larger orders will be handled as freight and may require a signature upon delivery. We offer white glove delivery in every major city in Canada for orders over $1,500 and for certain brands, including Hooker Furniture, Universal Furniture, Moe’s Home, and SUNPAN. White glove delivery includes unpacking, inspection, and placement of your furniture in your home.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated time of arrival, but this timeframe may be longer for remote areas or during peak holiday seasons. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
4. Returns
You may return an item within 5 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. A restocking fee of 25-35% of the item’s original price may apply, depending on the brand. To initiate a return, please our customer service to enquire and proceed.
5. Warranty
All items sold on LuxuryInteriors.ca are covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If an item is defective, we will file a claim with the manufacturer, and you may be eligible for a replacement or in-store credit.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect. You must notify us within 30 days of discovering any defects or issues with your item.
6. Defective Items
If an item arrives defective, we will file a claim with the manufacturer, and you may be eligible for a replacement or in-store credit. Please notify us immediately if you receive a defective item, and we will guide you through the process of resolving the issue.
7. Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, we will file a claim with the shipping company, which will then provide you with a replacement or in-store credit. Please inspect your item carefully upon delivery and notify us immediately if you notice any damage.
